If there is one lesson I have recently learned, it's that I wish I would have discovered in my entrepreneurial journey, it's that I am surrounded by talented and amazing people that want to help me succeed. My time and money are better spent allowing experts shine in serving my business in a way that gives me the time to tackle what I love most: serving my clients in business + marketing development. I am truly grateful for my accountant, my copywriter, and my coach that get me through the stuff that doesn't bring me joy.

CARRIE SHOOK
Writing has always been a passion for me, but it wasn’t until 2020, the year of change, that I finally decided to launch into copywriting as a full-time career. My experience as a small business owner along with a diploma from The Blackford Centre has led me to the wonderful world of copy and for that, I am so grateful! I had the opportunity to collaborate with Kelly in 2020 and was amazed by her marketing knowledge. I am honored to be considered part of the team here at Canvana Studio.
Being able to pursue my love of writing combined with a love of psychology and marketing is a passion of mine but being able to spend valuable time with my family is the icing on the cake. I am a mom of three kiddos and one pup. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, camping, and just spending time with my family.
HANNAH BASS
My marketing career began when I met an inspiring woman - Kelly Brown. I have always been a creator and she helped me bring my creations to life in the marketing field. Since my time working with Kelly in tourism, I have had the privilege of working for my local Chamber of Commerce where I was able to assist small business owners in all aspects of marketing. From then on I have been helping small business owners strive and am excited to expand my career with Canvana Studio.
The ability to be creative, continue learning, and spend time with family are the most important aspects in my life. I recently got engaged and look forward to planning a wedding. I am also a dog mom to two beautiful pups, Maggie and Ranger. In our free time, we enjoy taking the RZR out and exploring the most beautiful parts of Colorado.
ANN KANIA
I have always loved art and design, and find myself lost to time when I’m working in it. I did go to the ‘fancy art school’, yes, I’m one of those people, and have a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from California College of the Arts in San Francisco. I’m grateful for experience working for Citicorp in corporate, in small design studio environments, in a partnership, and finally working as a small business owner. Add homeschool mom, art teacher to public and private school kids, goat farming, and new homes development, that pretty much sums up a varied life experience under my belt.
I live in a small town in Northern California and love most every minute of it except wildfire season. I enjoy hanging out with my husband, 3 adult children, Border Collie, and 4 cats. You can also find me working on design & art projects, hiking, sweating it out at the gym, or obsessing about whatever I find curious at the moment.
